Welcome to IMCLTVBZ. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

  • These Terms of Service apply to all users of the IMCLTVBZ online store.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • IMCLTVBZ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

  • IMCLTVBZ sells T-shirts and custom plaques.

  • Product images are for display purposes and may vary slightly from the final product due to lighting, screen settings, or production processes.

  • Custom products are made according to the specifications provided by the customer.

3. Custom Orders

  • All custom plaques and custom-designed T-shirts are made to order.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom details (text, spelling, images, sizes, and designs) are correct before confirming the order.

  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, unless the error is on our side.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Full payment is required before an order is processed or produced.

  • IMCLTVBZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability.

5. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days for non-custom items.

  • Custom items may require additional production time, which will be communicated where applicable.

  • Processing times do not include shipping or courier delivery time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • IMCLTVBZ ships within South Africa.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • IMCLTVBZ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Custom items (custom plaques and personalized T-shirts) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or incorrectly produced by IMCLTVBZ.

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, images, and content on the IMCLTVBZ website and social platforms are the property of IMCLTVBZ.

  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • By submitting custom designs or text, customers confirm that they have the legal right to use that content.

9. User Conduct

  • Customers agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

  • IMCLTVBZ reserves the right to refuse custom requests that violate these standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • IMCLTVBZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to South African jurisdiction.
