At IMCLTVBZ, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Items (Important)

  • Custom plaques and personalized T-shirts are made to order and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

  • This includes items with custom text, names, dates, images, or designs supplied by the customer.

  • Returns or refunds for custom items will only be considered if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced by IMCLTVBZ.

2. Non-Custom Items

  • Non-custom T-shirts may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In their original condition

    • With original packaging and tags (if applicable)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging will be required for assessment.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

4. Return Process

  • Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as IMCLTVBZ is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchanged item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

8. Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective.
